بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
معنى الآية لتعيشون حال بعد حال من ظهر الأب الى بطن الأم ومن بطن الأم الى ظهر الأرض ثم تعيش في طبق الطفولة و فيه أطباق أولا رضيع لا يميز ثانيا صبي بدأ في التمييز ثالثا غلام اقترب من البلوغ و الإحتلام ثم ينتقل الى طبق الشباب ثم ينتقل الى طبق الكهولة ثم ينتقل الى طبق الشيخوخة و الهرم ثم ينتقل الى طبق بطن الأرض ثم ينتقل الى طبق يوم الحساب و العرض ثم منتهاه الى طبق جنات النعيم أو عذاب الجحيم الخلاصة ان الطبق هو المدة الزمنية التي يمر منها الإنسان و سمي بالطبق لأنه يُطْبِق الإنسان بحيث لا يستطيع أن يتفاداه اللهم زدنا فهما للقرآن و عملا به

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
The meaning of the verse ˝You will surely ride stage by stage˝ (Quran 84:19) can be reflected upon as follows:
This verse signifies the different stages and phases that human beings go through in their lives. From the moment of conception, a person progresses through various stages, moving from the back of the father to the womb of the mother, and from the womb to the surface of the earth. Then, they live through the stages of childhood, where there are different layers or levels of development:
1. The stage of infancy, where the newborn cannot differentiate or distinguish things.
1. The stage of childhood, where a child begins to acquire awareness and understanding.
1. The stage of adolescence, where a young person approaches puberty and experiences hormonal and physical changes.
1. Then they move on to the stage of youth.
1. Followed by the stage of middle age.
1. Then the stage of old age and senility.
1. Finally, they move on to the stage of returning to the womb of the earth.
Ultimately, they will proceed to the stage of accountability and presentation, where their deeds will be evaluated. And finally, the ultimate destination is either the gardens of bliss or the torment of hell.
In summary, the term ˝stage˝ refers to the time duration that a person passes through, and it is called a ˝stage˝ because it encompasses and encompasses individuals in a way that they cannot escape.
May Allah increase our understanding of the Quran and enable us to act upon its teachings.
