المصلحة المرسلة هي الوسيلة التي لم يأتي في دليل خاص و اثبث الواقع نفعها الكلي أو الراجح و لها ثلاثة شروط
1: أن تكون وسلية للعبادة و ليست من ذات العبادة
2: ألا يأتي فيها دليل خاص يبيحها أو يحرمها
3: ان يكون نفعها مطلق أو غالب مثال ذلك موقع يوتيوب في الدعوة و التعليم
1: هو وسيلة لنشر الإسلام
2: لا توجد اية أو حديث فيه حكم خاص باليوتيوب سواء بالإباحة أو التحريم
3: اثبث الواقع ان نفع اليوتيوب في الدعوة الى الله أكثر من ضرره

The concept of ˝al-Maslaha al-Mursala˝ (unrestricted public interest) is an important principle in Islamic jurisprudence. 1. Its benefit should be general and predominant. For example, the YouTube platform can be considered as al-Maslaha al-Mursala in the context of spreading the message of Islam and providing educational content.
