قال النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم:\" أذى الجار يمحوا الحسنات كما تمحوا الشمس الجليد\" رواه الخلعي في الفوائد
نستفيد من هذا الحديث الكريم خلقا إسلاميا عظيما أصله رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم في الإسلام و ربى عليه أمته الكريمة و هو الإحسان إلى الجار سواء كان هذا الجار مسلما أو غير مسلم فقد كان عليه الصلاة والسلام يحسن إلى جيرانه اليهود ، و لفظ الجار المذكور في الأحاديث لفظ عام يشمل المسلمين و غير المسلمين ، فالمتتبع للأحاديث النبوية يخرج بهذا الحكم الإسلامي وهو أن معاملة الجار بالحسنى لا تخرج عن حكم الوجوب أو المستحب ، فيجب عليك كف الأذى عنه و يستحب لك إكرامه يقول النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم:\" فو الله لا يؤمن فوالله لا يؤمن من لم يأمن جاره بوائقه\" و في حديث آخر:\" من كان يؤمن بالله واليوم الآخر فليكرم جاره\" و نجد لهذه الأخلاق المحمدية الكريمة أصلا في القرآن الكريم مثل قوله تعالى:\" وَاعْبُدُوا اللَّهَ وَلَا تُشْرِكُوا بِهِ شَيْئًا ۖ وَبِالْوَالِدَيْنِ إِحْسَانًا وَبِذِي الْقُرْبَىٰ وَالْيَتَامَىٰ وَالْمَسَاكِينِ وَالْجَارِ ذِي الْقُرْبَىٰ وَالْجَارِ الْجُنُبِ وَالصَّاحِبِ بِالْجَنبِ\" و حدود الجيران تشمل أربعين بيتا من كل الجهات المحيطة ببيتك و هذا الذي تعارف عليه المسلمون منذ القرون الأولى للإسلام ،و في الأخير نحمد الله و نشكره على نعمة الاسلام و على هدي و وصايا نبينا المتخلق الهمام و على آله وصحبه الأعلام إلى يوم القيام

عن سعد بن عبادة رضي الله عنه قال: قُلت يا رسول الله إنَّ أُمّي ماتت أَفَأَتَصَدَّقُ عنها؟ قال: «نعم». قَلتُ فأَيُّ الصَّدَقَةِ أَفْضَلُ؟ قَالَ ﷺ: «سَقْيُ الْمَاءِ» و نحن في موسم الصيف الجميع تجده في الشارع و السوق عطشان ظمئان من شدة الحر ، فلنستفيد من هذا الحديث الكريم ، و نتاجر مع الله تجارة ناجحة رابحة بأقل التكاليف ، نضع حاويات و ثلاجات للماء البارد قرب بيوتنا و متاجرنا وفي مساجدنا ، يشرب منها كل ضمئانٍ و عطشان ، و لا ننسى الحيوان كالطيور و الكلاب و القطط نضع لها ماءا مكشوفا على سطح البيوت و قرب المزابل و تجار اللحوم ، قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم (وفي كل كبد رطب صدقة).

التصور الواقعي لهذا الفضل الكريم المذكور في هذا الحديث النبوي أن تذهب الى المسجد لأداء الصلاة أو تصلي في أي بقعة على وجه الأرض ثم تجلس في المكان الذي صليت فيه ليس بالضبط عين المكان الذي صليت فيه لكن المقصود و الله أعلم عموم المسجد أو عموم البيت أو عموم المكان الذي صليت فيه تَذْكر الله فإن الملائكة تدعو لك بالرحمة و المغفرة حتى تنقض الوضوء أو تنصرف من ذلك المكان
