PREFACE
· Professor T. B. Irving needs no introduction. He is a Muslim from
Canada, now teaching in the United States, and has written many
books on various aspects of Islam. His views are widely read and
respected in the Muslim world.
Professor Irving has very kindly agreed to allow us to publish some
of his beautiful writings in the form of pamphlets for wide distribution,
this being the second of a series.
We are grateful to Almighty Allah for having given us this opportunity
and pray that this humble effort on our part may mark the beginning
of a long and pleasant cooperation between us in furthering
