❞ إن التركيز هو إختيار ، وهو يستثني كل شيء ماعدا موضوع التركيز ، وهو بذلك نوع من التضييق ، عندما تمشي في الشارع ، عليك ان تضيق وعيك كي تستطيع أن تمشي ، في العادة لا تستطيع أن تدرك كل ما يحدث ، لأنه إذا ادركت كل ما يحدث فستصبح أقل تركيزاً. ❝ ⏤أوشو
