❞ اصول الفقه من صفحتي في Threads الفرق بين الدليل الإجمالي و الدليل التفصيلي (الشيخ هشام المحجوبي) الدليل الإجمالي هو مصدر الاستدلال نقول القرآن الكريم دليل إجمالي لأنه مصدر يُرجع اليه في الإستدلال على الأحكام الشرعية و اما الدليل التفصيلي هو عين النص المُستَدَل به على الحكم نقول دليل تحريم الخمر قوله تعالى( يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا إِنَّمَا الْخَمْرُ وَالْمَيْسِرُ وَالْأَنْصَابُ وَالْأَزْلَامُ رِجْسٌ مِنْ عَمَلِ الشَّيْطَانِ..) هذا دليل تفصيلي لأنه دل على حكم مُعَين تنبيه: الأصولي يتعلق عمله بالدليل الإجمالي أما الفقيه يتعلق عمله بالدليل التفصيلي. #أصول_الفقه #الدليل_الإجمالي #الدليل_التفصيلي #الشيخ_هشام_المحجوبي The distinction between general evidence and specific evidence (Sheikh Hisham El Mehdioubi). General evidence is the source of inference, and we refer to the Noble Quran as a general evidence because it is the source to which we refer when deducing Islamic rulings. On the other hand, specific evidence is the specific text that is relied upon to derive a ruling. For example, the prohibition of alcohol is specified in the verse of the Quran that states, \"O you who have believed, indeed, intoxicants, gambling, [sacrificing on] stone alters [to other than Allah], and divining arrows are but defilement from the work of Satan...\" This is a specific evidence because it indicates a specific ruling.
