❞ و من شر حاسد إذا حسد ( الشيخ هشام المحجوبي) بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم لقد كشف لنا خالقُ الإنسان سبحانه وتعالى بهذه الجملة المختصرة البليغة عن مفاسد و أذى الحساد ، ف \"من\" هي للبيان و \"شر\" جاءت نكرة مشددة الأخير إشارة إلى خطر و خُبْث و عِظَمِ شر الحاسد ، إما يصيبك بعين أو يكيد لك كيدا ، فأعتبر بكلام ربك و ابتعد عن الحساد. ❞ هل التهنئة بالسنة الهجرية بدعة ؟ (الشيخ هشام المحجوبي) بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم ذهب بعض الفقهاء الى أنه بدعة لإنعدام الدليل الخاص،و الذي أراه إباحة التهنئة بالسنة الهجرية لان التهنئة عرف و الأصل في العرف الإباحة،قال الأصوليون (العادة شريعة مُحَكَّمَة) وهذا رأي أكثر الفقهاء . ذهب بعض الفقهاء الى أنه بدعة لإنعدام الدليل الخاص،و الذي أراه إباحة التهنئة بالسنة الهجرية لان التهنئة عرف و الأصل في العرف الإباحة،قال الأصوليون (العادة شريعة مُحَكَّمَة)
وهذا رأي أكثر الفقهاء .

الأصل الشرعي الأول القرآن الكريم (الشيخ هشام المحجوبي)
الدليل الأول بإجماع الأصوليين و الفقهاء هو القرآن الكريم و هو لغةً المقروء أو المجموع و شرعا هو كلام الله المعصوم المتواتر في نقله المتعبد بتلاوته و له عدة صفات
اولا: هو كلام الله
